Changes to CFI Initials and Number of Practical Tests

The FAA has released FAA Order 8900.485. The order changes the rules for a DPE regarding the number of tests per day (now 3 with unlimited re-tests) and scheduling of the CFI Initial practical test. The FSDO no longer will be assigning the DPE.
