New ACS Posted on FAA Website effective June 11, 2018

The FAA has posted the drafts of the upcoming changes to the ACS for Private, Instrument, and Commercial. The new standards become effective June 11, 2018. They can be found here

Most notable change I found with quick reads is the reinstatement of distance requirements for normal landings and touchdown at a proper pitch attitude. Private is 400 ft. and commercial is 200 ft. If you have an upcoming checkirde please start reviewing the 2018 ACS.
