Below is a list of required items for your checkride

Aircraft

Aircraft Maintenance Records:

  • Aircraft Logbooks

  • Pilot’s Operating Handbook

Aircraft Documents:

  • Airworthiness Certificate

  • Registration Certificate

  • Operating Limitations

Personal Documents
  • Government Photo ID with Signature

  • Pilot or Student Pilot Certificate

  • Current Medical Certificate (minimum 3rd Class)

  • Completed IACRA Application (or FAA Form 8710-1)

  • Airman Written Test or Computer Test Report

  • Pilot Logbook with Instructor Endorsements

  • 141 Graduation Certificate (if applicable)

  • Notice of Disapproval (FAA Form 8065-5) if Applicable

  • Examiner’s Fee

  • Current Practical Test Standards

  • Current FAR's

  • Current Aeronautical Information Manual

  • Navigation Log*

  • Plotter*

  • Flight Computer*

  • Current VFR Aeronautical Chart*

  • Current IFR Low-Level Enroute and Instrument Approach Plates (Instrument Rating only)*

  • Airport/Facility Directory

  • View-Limiting Device

*  These items may be in EFB form.  However, it is the applicants responsibility to ensure currency and proper use.
